A native of Eufaula, Alabama, and a graduate of Agnes Scott College, Kappa moved from Orlando to Columbus with her husband Sam to be closer to family. She is a former educator in both public and Christian schools and a math editor with Harcourt School Publishers. A member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and past treasurer of the Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home Auxiliary, Kappa has also served the Columbus Board of Realtors as Chaplain, Education Committee chair, local director, and state director.
She and Sam have two married sons and four precious grandchildren. She has a strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, and is very desirous of listening to and meeting her clients’ real estate needs.
Very results-oriented, Kappa is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. Designations include Graduate, REALTOR Institute and Military Relocation Professional.
